People who Threaten to leave and other threats, is my topic on this week’s “Bleeding Heart Chronicles”. Good morning, love. A lady brought this subject up to me the other night. I’m sure you’ve encountered at least one of these in your relationship at one time. “If you do this thing, I will leave you.” Or even a friend treating you the same way. As soon as your friend sees you getting more attention or not willing to do things their way, they threaten to end the friendship. Make no mistake. This is Just toxic. People who act this way aren’t just disrespectful of you. They are Immature, insecure, manipulative and abusive.

Take care of this in 4 steps. Educate yourself, Set boundaries, Be calm and Terminate the relationship. These threats simply do not exist in a relationship worth having. It is manipulation designed to put you at a disadvantage. Someone with your best interest in mind would never employ such a tactic. Does the relationship mean so little to them that they can end it so easily? I can almost promise you this is just the start. It gets much worse down the road with this person. Unless you are a person who loves drama and danger. I’d say you need to consider walking away. Because, this ‘friend/lover’ is holding you hostage with emotional blackmail.

4 steps. Educate yourself on your situation. If you don’t have all the facts, it becomes easier for you to be manipulated. Set boundaries and standards. Then stick to them, there will be people in your life who will fall away. Let them. Be Calm. Don’t give others the power to control your emotion. Those are only yours and it is only for you to manipulate. Rather than allowing yourself to be at the whim of your friend’s/lovers manipulation, consider ending it on your own terms. Take charge of your life. Either you run your life, or life will run you.

When the stars in your life threaten to leave you in darkness. Let them go. Just remember, Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. There will be days you have to create your own sunshine. It’s your life. Don’t let anyone threaten or manipulate you into feeling guilty for living it YOUR WAY!! Besides, you forgot. Even when the stars are gone, you still have the beautiful bright moon to shine on your path. We of like minds support you. We are the ones that will stand with you. We believe in YOU. Together we will overcome those that threaten our way of life. Because Together we are unstoppable, my love! WE will master the stars! Always and forever!
