People and things that seek to destroy you is my topic. Good morning, love. I have never in my life encountered so many people who are hurting and broken, as I have in the last few months. Never have I seen so many people guilty of lying, cheating, manipulating and playing wicked games with others lives. Words, I love you, no longer carry their meaning. Forever, now only means a few weeks or months at longest. Sometimes the people we love the most, turn out to be the people we can trust the least. I often wondered, if your child or best friend whom you loved dearly. If they were in your situation, what advice would you give them? Would it be the same as the actions you are taking now? Most likely NOT!! Why? Cause you are wrapped in your emotions. You do not see the dangers for yourself as you would someone you love. So what advice does one give, when the other is broken?

Hold onto to simple moments, appreciate them a little more. Sometimes life does not present many of them. Finding things and people that can make you happy, shouldn’t be so hard. We all experience pain, suffering and hard choices. But we can’t let the weight of it choke the joy out of us. There is an old saying, that which doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger. I always preferred saying, that which doesn’t kill you, simply makes you stranger. But the truth is, the things that seek to kill us, make us angry, bitter and sad. Strength comes from the good things. Family, friends and satisfaction of hard work. Those are the things we have to hold onto when we are broken. But our hard times don’t create heroes. It is during the hard times when the hero within us is revealed. We are NOT the product of our circumstances. We are the product of our decisions.

At times you may feel you are a ship lost at sea. Hopeless as the troubled waters crash against the bow. Listen to me now! YOU are never alone! There are many of us on this ship. I am on this ship. We stand together. We steer together. Together, we are unstoppable, my love! WE are the masters of our sea!
